WordPress malware & SEO spam recovery

Remove the threat.
Repair the search damage.

Malware cleanup is only part of recovery. We help small businesses clean compromised WordPress sites, address Google security issues, and take the right steps toward restoring search visibility.

  • Clear scope before work
  • No ranking promises
  • Remote support worldwide

Does any of this look familiar?

One symptom may be enough to justify a closer look. Avoid making large changes or deleting evidence before the site has been assessed.

  • Unknown pages or foreign-language keywords appearing in Google results
  • Visitors being redirected to spam, gambling, or suspicious websites
  • Hidden links or unfamiliar code added to pages and templates
  • Google showing a security warning or “This site may be hacked” notice
  • New administrator accounts or files you did not create
  • A sudden loss of organic traffic after a suspected compromise

From diagnosis to a cleaner search footprint.

Each stage is documented in plain English, so you know what has been found, what has changed, and what remains outside anyone’s direct control.

  1. 01

    Diagnose

We review the visible symptoms, available access, and likely scope of the compromise before work begins.

  2. 02

    Clean & secure

Malicious changes, backdoors, and unauthorized accounts are removed. Affected WordPress files are restored.

  3. 03

    Report to Google

Where included, we handle Search Console security reviews and removal requests for known spam URLs.

  4. 04

    Monitor

We check for signs of reinfection and provide a clear summary of the work and recommended next steps.

What we cannot promise—or may not be able to do.

Trust starts with an honest scope. These limits will be discussed before you commit to a plan.

01

Search ranking guarantees

No provider can guarantee that rankings or traffic will return to a previous level. We address technical causes and support the recovery process, but Google controls review and ranking decisions.

02

Work without sufficient access

Server, hosting, WordPress, and Search Console access may be required. If access is unavailable, the scope and reliability of the work may be limited.

03

Unsupported or severely damaged systems

A rebuild or specialist hosting support may be safer when a site is significantly outdated, custom infrastructure is compromised, or reliable backups are unavailable.

What to expect before recovery begins.

Still unsure which plan fits? Start with an initial assessment.

How long does recovery take?

Technical cleanup is usually completed within 3–5 business days once access is available. Google review, reindexing, and search recovery can take several weeks and remain outside our direct control.

Can you guarantee my rankings will return?

No. We can remove identified technical causes, submit the appropriate requests, and support reindexing, but no ethical provider can guarantee a particular ranking or recovery date.

What access will you need?

Depending on the issue, we may need temporary access to WordPress, your hosting control panel or SFTP/SSH, and Google Search Console. We confirm the minimum required access before work begins.

Will my website need to go offline?

Not always. For an active compromise, a temporary maintenance page may be the safest option. We will explain the trade-off before making that recommendation.

What happens if the problem returns?

We investigate whether the recurrence relates to the original issue and explain the next steps. Premium includes first-month monitoring; continued monitoring is available separately.
